SFS Infills
SFS Infill is a lightweight structure that is screw fixed onto the primary super-structure to provide secondary support for insulation and external wall finishes.
Metsec Infills
Metsec SFS infill walling forms a secondary structure which is fixed between the primary super structure at floor and soffit. It is generally positioned at the slab edge allowing insulation and external finishes to be installed continuously outside the main structural frame.
Sheathing Board
Used primarily as a fire rated sheathing board or building board. Used extensively on both steel frame and timber frame structures. Is used behind all types of façade solutions.
EPDM
It is used to create watertight. Adhered to Head and Base Junctions of SFS Wall with Concrete floor slabs etc.
Breather Membrane
Extremely water-resistant, airtight, and vapour-permeable membrane. No need for additional ventilation.
External Insulation
Insulating the outside of your walls helps to raise the temperature of the internal walls, thereby reducing the risk of condensation forming.
Brick Ties Channels
Brick ties in the channel are free to slide vertically in the channel, significantly reducing the risk of cracks in the masonry.
Partition Systems
Drywall partition systems, also known as wallboards, are a simple and cost-effective way to divide new spaces in the home/office.Used in a wide range of sectors including Residential, Healthcare, Education, Student accommodation, Hotels, Education, Commercial & Retail.
Ceiling Systems
Ceiling systems are suspended metal frame ceilings installed below the main structural ceiling. Designed to form the upper interior surface of a room or space.
Internal Insulation
Another way to help prevent internal wall condensation is to insulate the walls. This will help to create a thermal barrier between the warm air inside the room and the cold wall surface.
